J61 powder press is fit for application in powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, hard alloys, fine ceramics and other industries, where powders are required to be pressed to make specific shapes, particularly the press for making items of complicated shapes.

  • The structure of welded steel plates in high strength is adopted for the machine body, ensuring steady toughness, high rigidity and high precision and ensuring the quality of processed items in long-time operation.
  • Cam-crank guide is adopted to ensure long-time pressing and air removal performance in the process of powder pressing.
  • All the movements of the pres are achieved by means of mechanical transmission. High reliability, uniform sizes of formed items and high efficiency.
  • Pneumatic friction clutch is adopted to ensure machine stopping at any position.
  • Die carrier is adopted to make the dies be replaced and adjusted conveniently
  • Stepless speed variation is adopted for the adjustment of shaping speed
  • Die carrier for one die up and die down or carrier for one up 2 down, optional subject to the customer’s specific requirements. All carriers can be adjusted to achieve the desired sizes in a very short time with the items shaped in high precision and high quality.
