J36 Series Closed Type Double-Point Press

Features:-
 In the J36 series closed type double-point press, the machine body, vertical column, cross beam and the based are integrated and tightened by screws. It is in a structure of welded steel plates. All the main components have gone through the computer-based finite element analysis and calculation. Thus, the strength and rigidity of the machine as a whole is guaranteed. The main transmission pair has a herringbone gear for transmission and is in the structure of guide pillar and sleeve. For the guiding of sliding block, the eight-face straight angle guide rail or the guide rail with each of the 4 angle in 45 degree is adopted. The float embedded type pneumatic friction clutch and brake are adopted. The machine a hydraulic overload protection and thin oil-self-lubrication system providing regular and stable lubrication to each specific point. Imported duplex valve, PLC and imported electronic cam as well as mechanical cam controller for double loop control and air cushion are adopted. The machine as a whole is in a rationalized structure and guides a handsome outlook, and is capable of meeting the technological requirements of stamping for components of complicated structure.

Optional: Movable worktable, hydraulic cushion, includes adjustment system.
JC36 series free from guide column and sleeve; JD36 series adopting guide column and sleeve. In technical parameters, height only confined to series JD36.
JS series with T cross m/b, adjustable stroke of air cushion, 4-side 45° guide, the structure of guide column and sleeve, which adopts combined wet clutch.(International brand)
