JFC21 Series High-Speed & High-Precision Press
Features:-
JFC21 series press is high speed and those of high precision are widely used in such fields as air conditioner fins, exchanger of auto water tank, meter cooler and exchanger of air conditioner, steel plate coiler, silicon steel sheet, and so on. The presses adopt a tank structure which is welded with steel plate. The crankshaft is placed vertically. Used disc dry pneumatic friction clutch and brake with mechanical interlock, six face rectangle with longer guide track, they boast high precision. They are controlled by imported PLC, centralized lubrication system, imported safety dual-valve. They can be equipped with several shearing valves, blowing valvesand automatic feeding mechanism, this form automatic production line and can replace imported products.
Remarks: When there is no suffix, It indicates the machine adopts common guide and shearing protector.
Suffix” A” indicates the press adopts roller guide and shearing protecftor.
Suffix” B” indicates the press adopts roller guide and hydraulic protector.
